At SofaSofa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged; our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to schedule a convenient collection window.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your sofa arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable collection fees.
